Justice-Centered School Consulting

Family voice is the missing data in school improvement.

Our belief

“Any objective assessment of a school must factor in the systemic and structural inequities that shape minority families’ daily experience — and the cultures and customs schools normalize without noticing.”

What we do

Four practices that move climate, culture, and outcomes.

01

Family Engagement Audits

A close look at how families really experience your schools — through their stories and their numbers — going far beyond sign-in sheets and surveys.

02

School Climate & Culture Reviews

An honest assessment of how welcoming, safe, and fitting your schools feel to the families you serve — not just how they look on paper.

03

Leadership Coaching

Hands-on partnership with principals and district leaders to turn good intentions into daily practices that families can feel.

04

Professional Learning

Workshops and training for teachers and leaders on building genuine relationships and inclusive school cultures.

Our approach

Listen to families.
Read the data.
Change the system.

  1. 01

    Listen first

We start by learning how families truly see your schools — their daily experiences, their hopes, and their concerns.

  2. 02

    Look at the whole picture

We pair real stories with real data to show where opportunity is missing, not just where test scores differ.

  3. 03

Build with leaders, not for them

Findings become a practical plan your principals, teachers, and community partners can own and act on.
